Health and Safety Documentation
Pre-tender Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments are provided on all contracts. A company health and safety policy is available to all clients.

Health and Safety Netting
Full and partial safety netting.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
High visibility jackets, safety boots, gloves, overalls, respiratory masks and helmets. All on site regulations will be complied with.

Sample Asbestos Analysis
Prior to carrying out works on asbestos cement fibre sheeting, it is a legal requirement to obtain a laboratory analysis of the asbestos to be removed.

Air Monitoring
When carrying out the removal of asbestos cement fibre roof sheeting, air monitoring tests will be provided by an approved health and safety contractor.

Roof Access Requirements
All type of scaffolding to suit each individual contract can be provided. This would include full edge protection or full boarded scaffolding protection, scaffolding towers, scissor lifts.

On Site Inspections
Health and Safety on site inspections can be conducted by an independent qualified inspector.

First Aid
The Company has several nominated trained St John’s Ambulance First Aiders, Certification is available on request. Emergency numbers are available and are itemised on the Method Statement.

Fire Protection
Hot working regulations are complied with when using bitumen boilers and torch-guns. All our operative’s vehicles carry fire extinguishers.

Training
All our operatives have received health and safety training, Certification is available on request. On site tool box talks are continuously provided. An on site hand-over is conducted on control.
